How do I pay for my order?
A 10% non-refundable booking fee is required within 7 days of booking any celebration cakes with the remaining balance due on or before collection or delivery of your order. Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment.
For wedding cakes, we require a non-refundable booking fee of 25% on booking, with the remaining balance due at least 2 weeks before the date of the wedding.
Do you bake gluten, dairy and egg free products?
Please contact us to discuss any particular dietary requirements and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Do you bake nut free recipes?
We use nuts in our kitchen and so whilst we are happy to bake cakes which do not contain nuts, we cannot guarantee that they would be completely safe for people with any type of nut allergies to consume.
How do your prices compare to other cake makers?
Our prices are in line with other cake makers who produce products of a similar high standard. Only quality ingredients are used in our products and a lot of time and effort is put into each and every creation to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
